What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday 11:00AM until 5:00PM, Saturday 12:00PM - 4:00PM, Sunday Closed. Often we the owners, are available for reservation information before and after normal business hours.
 
How do I make a reservation after office hours?
You may book any available property on-line through our secure website using a credit card
24 hours a day, 7 days per week. If you book after hours for the same day, you must call ahead and speak with one of our representatives to secure your reservation. After hours telephone information is provided on our office answering machine.
 
Can I bring my pet?
Many of our properties are dog friendly. Check the property details under the property listing.
 
What is supplied in the cabin?
Our properties are fully furnished. Furnishings include linens and bath towels, kitchens have eating utensils and basic cookware. There is an amenity list for each property located under the property listing. An initial supply of the following items are also provided for your convenience: bath soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish washing liquid and dish washer packets for cabins with automatic dishwashers. Firewood (during winter months) for cabins is provided for wood burning fireplaces. Firewood is not provided for outdoor fire rings.
 
How do you sanitize your hot tubs?
After a guest checks out, hot tubs are drained, filters are cleaned and tubs are refilled. We also add chemicals to maintain sanitizing effect.
 
When can I check in?
Normal check-in time is 3:00PM. If the property is available, an early check-in can be arranged for a nominal fee.
 
What time is check-out?
Check out is 11:00AM. With prior arrangements and a small fee, a late check-out may be granted. Please inquire about this at check-in or earlier if possible.
 
I need access to the internet during my stay.  Do your cabins have DSL?
Many of our cabins have either DSL or WIFI capability. Please check the amenity listing of the property prior to booking.
 
What is a luxury property?
Luxury properties are cabins that have 4 or more bedrooms and have upscale furnishings and decorations.
 
What if I experience a mechanical problem with an appliance after hours?
A Manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance with any major problem.
 
I cannot make it to the office before 5PM. How do I get my cabin key?
Please call the office if you expect to arrive after hours. We will make arrangements for your cabin key and directions to be placed in our outside lockbox for your convenience.
 
Where exactly is your office located?
We are on River Street (52 West) just before the round-a-bout. We are across the street from the Times Courier Newspaper and next door to the River Street Grille. You can also obtain directions using Mapquest or GPS.   Our address is: 36 River Street, Ellijay GA 30540.
